Thomas Nahdee, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist
With six years of experience as a Massage Therapist and training from CCHST in Windsor, Ontario, my goal is simple: to help you feel and move better.
Every treatment is tailored to you and your individual needs, whether you're looking to reduce pain and tension, improve range of motion, manage stress, support recovery, or simply take some time to reset.
My treatments may incorporate Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage, Cupping Therapy, IASTM, and Trigger Point techniques.
I enjoy working with everyone from students and everyday working people to athletes and highly active individuals. No matter what brings you in, I want you to feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door.
Expect a relaxing, chill environment where you can unwind, vibe, and know you're in good hands.

Chantelle Marcoux, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist
I have been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2009, and over the years, my work has continued to be shaped by one simple belief: our bodies are always communicating with us, and sometimes we just need the space to listen.
My approach to massage therapy is professional, intentional, and effective. I specialize in Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, and active release, tailoring each treatment to meet you where you are on any given day. No two bodies—or two treatments—are exactly alike.
I have a particular passion for working with the prenatal community. My experience as a birth doula gave me a deeper appreciation for the incredible changes women experience throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and I love being able to support women through these transformative seasons with thoughtful, therapeutic care.
For me, massage therapy is about more than addressing tension or discomfort. It is about creating a space where you can slow down, check in, and reconnect with yourself. Getting on the table gives you an opportunity to meet your body exactly where it is—to notice what you’re holding, where you may be disconnected, and what your body might be asking for.
My goal is to help you develop greater awareness of your body while providing focused, effective treatment that supports how you want to feel and move in your everyday life.
Come as you are. We’ll start there.
